About Us

Dovetail Real Estate, LLC, launched in August of 2009, is a commercial real estate brokerage company.  The company selectively represents both landlords and tenants in their brokerage needs, helps clients look for acquisition and development opportunities, and provides property management services.  Dovetail is based in Raleigh, North Carolina in the heart of the Research Triangle area.

The principal of Dovetail is Brad Rice.  Since 1989 Brad has made commercial real estate his career.  He has been a licensed broker in the state North Carolina since 2001.  Mr. Rice is also a principal in Landbridge Capital, LLC, a provider of real estate private equity capital as well as an investment, development and consulting concern.
